Night Hotel Broadway

Night Broadway Hotel is conveniently located a short 30 second walk to the 96th Station on Broadway. The place itself is dated and could use a renovation - the place itsef was clean. Beds and washroom was clean, WIFi has a strong signal. Bed was comfortable and the AC is very strong, People criticize the workers, not being too "friendly" - I disagree, they keep to themseves, but are approachable. The location I felt is safe as well, did my morning walks without any issues - uniformed NYPD are present at the 96th station.

The rooms and lobby were very clean and the hotel looks like it had been updated despite the pictures on the website. The staff were friendly and very helpful about where to eat for breakfast. There’s even a discount if you visit a certain place. We didn’t during our stay but it’s very nice of them to offer it. The hotel cleaning staff cleaned our rooms quickly after we left for the day. And they restocked the free toiletries that were used in the room daily. All of the elevators worked and were relatively quick to come to our floor after the buttons were pressed. The large window in our room had a gorgeous view at night although there isn’t much to see in the area this hotel is located. All in all I’d recommend 9/10! It’s a great price and close to a subway line for speedy travel for a NYC vacation!

I really liked the room . Nice and cozy - comfy bed and was clean . No bugs- this time . Nice big closet. Great size tv. the air conditioner worked well. The room was nice and spacious! I like the decor of the rooms.

Very friendly and good humored staff. Lounge deco was nice and cozy. Room was decently sized for 2 adults+ 2 kids

The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful I'd say. I dropped a ring in the sink and the staff sent someone to help me, he was very patient, we tried many times to find it, he even come back 2 times. eventually we could not get my ring back, but overall it's my own mistake. Just need to really say the staff is nice, you just have to ask.
